BDPA Indianapolis Hackathon — Final Participant Update
Hi Hackathon Participants — we'd like to give you another reminder that the kickoff event is mandatory. If you are not present at the event on Friday, November 7th from 5:30-7:30p at the Rise on Meridian, you will not be able to participate in Saturday's hackathon nor have the chance to win our cash prizes!
In this Friday event, you will learn your team assignments, Saturday's agenda, and prize details!
Below are the final logistics and a few reminders to help you arrive prepared to both events and ready to build on Saturday.
November 7 — Kickoff Event
- When: 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM EST
- Where: Rise on Meridian, Large Event Space, 915 S Meridian St, Indianapolis, IN 46225
- Agenda: Will be shared at event
- Dress Code: Business casual or comfortable tech attire
- Parking: Street parking and nearby garages available
- Food: Catered dinner provided
- Attendance: Mandatory for students; open to the public (bring friends and family)

November 8 — Hackathon Day
- When: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST
- Where: BMO Bank, 23rd Floor, EXOS Talent, 135 N. Pennsylvania St., Indianapolis, IN 46204
- Agenda: Will be shared at Kickoff Event
- Dress Code: Business casual or comfortable tech attire
- Parking & Travel: Street parking and garages available nearby. A marathon will run across parts of the city that morning — please approach from the east side of town and plan to leave earlier than usual to account for increased traffic. - Food: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided

What to Bring and Prep
- Laptop, charger (for all devices), and any hardware you plan to demo
- Photo ID for building access if requested
